Eye Pillows completely block out light as it conforms to your face and eyes. The Eye Pillows are perfect for sleep, yoga, relieve stress, meditation, help relieve migraines and headaches, puffy eyes or just to relax.     Bo Forbes tells us why the humble eye pillow is one of the most powerful tools for healing, health, and happiness—and how to use one. Sometimes all it takes is a tiny change (and two minutes) to boost your happiness. In Happiness Toolkit, Bo Forbes offers a taste of her upcoming Yoga Journal LIVE New York 2018 sessions with simple, science-backed tools to find your joy. (Sign up now to practice with her in person!) Eye pillows have a reputation for being the new age version of snake oil: a little bit of flax, and a lot of money. You’ll find it’s easy to customize this eye pillow pattern to suit your needs. Supplies For One Eye Pillow These little eye pillows are made from just a few scraps of fabric sewn together to create a pouch that’s filled with either flax or rice. Both of those ingredients drape nicely over the eyes, adding a bit of weight without being too heavy. We added dried lavender blossoms to my pillow. The blossoms are soft, and won’t protrude through the fabric. Other fragrant dried blossoms can be used, too. Before you begin, download the Eye Pillow Tem
