Shipping Policy
The Gift of Scent’s Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Free shipping for orders over $25.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
Delivery to PO Boxes may take 3-7 business days and to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 30 business days. Orders are not processed on federal holidays.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@thegiftofscent.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
International Shipping Policy:
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns Policy:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@thegiftofscent.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
