Essential Oils for Your Mood: Energetic Frequencies & Our Health
As we’re making our way out of the cold winter months, I could really use a pick-me-up in my mood. I feel stressed from constantly shielding myself from the cold and from being holed up inside because the weather outside is so frigid. I never feel fully myself toward the end of the winter. I feel rough and negative—not at all vibrant.
I’ve learned a lot recently about how stress can damage our bodies and cause harm to our immune systems. I’ve read about the energy frequency in the human body and the effect of aromatherapy on that energy frequency. Here’s a summary of what I’ve learned:
Illness occurs when our bodies are vibrating at a low frequency, and stress lowers our frequency below a healthy frequency and puts us at greater risk of developing illness and disease. A healthy body frequency is between 62-70 MHz. When we’re stressed, our energetic frequency begins to lower until we are at a frequency lower than 62 MHz and we become ill.
The food we consume has an effect on our body’s frequencies. Plants have high frequencies, while animal foods have frequencies that are significantly lower than 62 MHz. Since essential oils are the life blood of the plant and are distilled from plants, they too have high frequencies and using them aromatically can have a positive effect on our body’s frequency.
An article on Nuworldbotanicals.com, called “Science Behind Aromatherapy,” describes the concept of body frequency and the benefits of essential oils:
“According to researchers in Washington, using Tainio Technology, the vibrational frequency of essential oils is the highest of any natural substance known to man. Through the principle of entrainment the oil’s higher frequency will raise the vibratory quality of that individual. For example their technology has shown these frequencies:”
Also, when we experience different emotions, our bodies vibrate at the frequency of that emotion. Negative emotions such as shame, guilt, apathy, grief, and fear cause our frequency to dip extremely low, putting us at risk of developing illnesses. Positive emotions, such as peace, joy, gratitude, and hopefulness, cause our bodies to vibrate at a higher frequency (hence the term “vibrant” to describe a healthy human being—he or she is vibrant because he or she is vibrating at a higher frequency).
Studies have shown that essential oils can help raise the energetic frequencies of our bodies out of a state of stress and into a positive frequency that can help us function at a healthy level. Essential oils have much higher frequencies than anything else—even higher than the plants they are distilled from because essential oils are highly concentrated forms of the plant’s essence (hence the term “essential”—essential oils are the essence of plants). Simply breathing them in as diffused vapors can help raise our body’s frequency to a healthy vibration above 62MHz.
As Nuworldbotanicals.com says, “The measured frequencies of essential oils have been shown to go as high as 320 MHz as seen with Rose oil! Lavender has a frequency of 118 MHz…Oils entrain the cells of the body to increase their vibratory rate.”
With that idea in mind, I diffuse essential oils to help me raise my body’s frequency whenever I’m feeling a negative emotion and want to combat that stress and the tax it can take on my body. Use these Belle Aroma essential oil combinations below in your ultrasonic diffuser, such as the Bamboo Lantern or the Wood Grain Orb, or take them on the go with the FlashScent® USB Diffuser.
You’ll feel vibrant in no time with these essential oil diffuser blends!
Happy Spring everyone.
